Student Certificate
Turkish Students who will apply for CDI (KYK) and other government institutions are required to obtain a
Macedonian student certificate. This is due to the interstate agreement which validates the Macedonian
certificate. In order to obtain an apostil, the certificate is to have a notarized Turkish translation and
stamped with an official seal from the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Macedonian. The apostil is then
approved by the Turkish embassy. This is the only procedure that needs to be followed.

Our university is able to provide the institutions in demand or/and in interest, with a student certificate
in Macedonian, English, Albanian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Bosnian or any other Balkan languages as
deemed proper and with no further delay. However, intergovernmental official procedures are being
followed only with documents prepared in Macedonian language.
