2010-2011 Year University Self Evaluation Report
University self-evaluation reports are prepared at two levels. The first level is that each department should prepare its own self-evaluation reports; as for the second level, based on department self-evaluation reports, each department is to prepare the university's self-evaluation reports.

University self-evaluation will be prepared by the committee members of the university and delivered to the rector at the latest by the end of the month of September.

Under the laws of Macedonia, a copy of university self-evaluation reports must be submitted at the same time to the Ministry of Education and Science.

University Self-Evaluation Reports

University self-evaluation reports are prepared on the basis of the of departmental self-evaluation reports. This report is to be prepared and delivered to the Rectorate by the end of September.

The purpose of this report is to put forth the university's profile and intended developments over the years.
 
Apart from the departmental reports, SWOT analysis is utilized in university self- the evaluation reports, and by doing so, strengths and weaknesses of the university, opportunities and threats in the external environment can be presented. In the aftermath, the results of motion are integrated by SWOT results and recommendations for the future are discussed.

University self-evaluation reports are evaluated first at Rectorate board of the university. In this evaluation, the report focuses more on administrative issues and the measures to be taken. Needs, deficiencies, technology requirements, printing and publication requirements, permit requirements and transport are also evaluated.

The report is evaluated, as the second stage, at the University Senate. The Senate handles the report more in terms of educational quality. The consistency of training methods, the adequacy of faculty members of academic publications, measures to be taken, and the achievement levels of students, course loads, students' attendance, overall performance faculty members are examined as a whole. As a result of this review and evaluation, Rectorate shall advise the Board of Managers and some of the necessary decisions are taken new. Then the decisions taken by the Senate are to be announced and put into practice as soon as possible.

University self-evaluation reports are also uploaded into website so that students, the foundation board of directors and faculty members can be informed about the decisions. These reports are of mirror quality for the university. In accordance with the principle of transparency in university management, by sharing the reports with public, we, as the university management, would like to make it sure that the quality of education and awareness is determined.
