Mid-term Exam and Final Exams
Dear Academic Staff Members, According to a new decision, the passing score for the mid-term exam is
min. 25 out of 100 points and the passing score for the final exam is min. 25 out of 100 points. Totally, a
student should take 32 CREDIT POINTS (min. 80 out of 200 exam points) from both mid-term and final
exam. If a student does not take the minimum 32 CREDIT POINTS from these exams, activity points will
not be added. Students’ course passing score will be minimum 50 CREDIT POINTS.
All CREDIT POINTS should be calculated in decimal numbers (e.g. 6.7 CP instead of 6 CP, if this is a case),
even when CREDIT POINTS come out to be a whole number. (e.g. 10 CP should be written 10.0 CP). All
academic staff members should correct their exam result sheets according to this rule.
If a student has handed an empty exam paper, then he will get 0 (zero) points. In other cases, if a student
has written at least something in his/her exam paper, then his/her exam will not be valued 0 (zero) points.
Instead, min. 2.0 CREDIT POINTS will be written (e.g. 5 out of 100 points in an exam). All academic staff
members should correct their exam sheet results according to this rule.
All academic staff members should correct their exam sheet results according to aforementioned rules.
They should print their exam sheet results, sign them and send them to the Students Affairs Office.
Students Affairs Officers will scan the exam result sheets and will send them to the responsible person for
uploading them on the IBU website. From now on, exam result sheets from academic staff members sent
via e-mail will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. Prof. Dr. Hüner Sencan

Lists of registered students
We are now finishing the 5th week from the beginning the new academic year, and actually this is the
ultimate week to finish the registration of the students.
In accordance with our meetings and direct communications, your obligation is to prepare for each course
the lists of students that registered it. The only advisor finishing the task properly and submitting the
correct lists on time was Ass. Neslihan Ademi, and in this occasion I d like to express my sincere thanks. As
ECTS coordinator, I m faced with numerous requests from the lecturers to provide the lists of registered
students for the course(s) that they are teaching. Last Friday (October, 7th) you ve been personally warned
to prepare them by this Monday (October, 10th). The current situation is that your lists are still either not
submitted or not completed. You are requested to prepare for EACH COURSE SEPARATELY the following
information: - Title of the course; - Study program and semester (or year of study); - Name of the
instructor; - List containing: Name of the student; ID number; - Put F for the first time registration, or R for
repeating the course; notice this is important information for counting properly the attendance of the
student(s) - 72% or 36%. The deadline for submission of the correct lists is Friday October 14th, by the
lunch break. Give your lists to Ms. Adile Ahmetaj. I d like to apologize to all advisors that properly finished
the task in the meantime. Regards. Prof. Putq. Yu. Lidija Petkovska, ECTS Coordinator
