Faculty of Communications

If public relations, journalism, media production or communications in general are

your areas of interest, then the Faculty of Communications’ Public Relations

Program at the International Balkan University, based on American and European

Studies, may be for you.

In this Program we teach Communication and Public Relations from theoretical and

empirical perspectives, while offering students cutting edge practical skills and

knowledge required for their future careers. In the Public Relations Program, our

curriculum encompasses courses that examine the many forms of communication,

including verbal and non-verbal, written, and various new media technologies

through which information is transmitted.

We offer a relevant and innovative program through courses that focus on providing

for professional aspirations, as well as opportunities for personal enrichment, in a

friendly learning atmosphere. We are attempting to ensure that the courses offered

are at the forefront of academic knowledge and are taught by learner centered core

faculty that creates an environment conducive to dialogue and individual expression.
