The success story of the International Balkan University began in 2006. The Foundation for Education and Culture “USKUP” was founded by a group of intellectuals and academicians (scholars) to establish the INTERNATIONAL BALKAN UNIVERSITY as a cultural bridge between the Balkans and Turkey, with the intent of increasing the quality level of human capital in the region.
As a provider of high-quality education, International Balkan University has adopted the mission of educating self-confident, multidimensional, socially responsible and globally competitive individuals. In addition, the university produces high-quality scientific research that will contribute to technological and economic development in the region. Natasha Kraleva has acquired her entire higher education in the field of Management. Namely, she received her BSc from the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. She holds an MSc in Management title from the University of Sheffield, UK. Furthermore, she obtained a title PhD in Management from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
Professor Kraleva has an extensive experience in the field of teaching. She started her academic career as a teaching assistant, than an assistant professor on both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje. Furthermore, she was a Dean of The Faculty of Entrepreneurial Business and a Head of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development within the same University.
Ms. Kraleva was a visiting professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka, Croatia. She was also a part-time professor at the European University of the Republic of Macedonia for two years.
Professor Kraleva has taught the following courses: Fundamentals of Management, Contemporary Management, Change Management, Innovations and Entrepreneurship, Organizational Design, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Human Resources Management, Quality Management, Business Planning, etc…
She is author or coauthor of more than 30 papers published in Journals or Conference Proceedings. Furthermore, she is coauthor of 7 University textbooks.
Furthermore, Ms. Kraleva was a trainer for the Training Program for Elementary School Teachers and Training Program for High-school Teachers organized by the National Centre for Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Learning.
In addition to her academic career, Ms. Kraleva also has practical experience of working in Stopanska Banka AD-Skopje and holding a position of Project Manager for World Bank projects.
