International Balkan University (IBU), through its Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with NLB Bank AD Skopje, one of the leading financial institutions in North Macedonia.
The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liza Alili Sulejmani, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Mr. Dejan Madžoski, Director at NLB Bank AD Skopje, alongside Ms. Elizabeta Sazdovska, Assistant Director of the Human Resources Sector.
This collaboration aims to bridge academic knowledge with the practical needs of the banking and finance industry, with a strong focus on areas such as banking operations, human resource development, financial management, and innovation in the financial sector.
During the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liza Alili Sulejmani, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Elena Parnardzieva Stanoevska and Asst. Edita Mustafa, discussed the framework for future cooperation with representatives from NLB Bank AD Skopje.
A key objective of this partnership is to provide students with valuable internship opportunities, guest lectures, and joint research projects, while also exploring the development of specialized academic courses aligned with the demands of the financial sector and the broader digital economy.
