“Good Practice” Sharing Panel Successfully Held at IBU

The IBU Teaching and Learning Center successfully hosted the “Good Practice” Sharing Panel, providing a platform for faculty members to share effective and innovative teaching strategies.

 

The panel featured two sessions, each moderated and structured around guided questions that encouraged reflection on practical classroom experiences.

 

Faculty members presented methods aimed at enhancing student engagement, sustaining motivation, and improving learning outcomes. Discussions focused on how these strategies were implemented, the challenges faced, and their observed impact on students.

 

The event consisted of two interactive sessions. The first session, moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kristina Velichkovska (FEAS), featured insightful presentations by Prof. Dr. Hiqmet Qamberaj (FENG), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andrijana B. Danevska (FEAS) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marija M. Janakievska (FENG).

 

The second session was moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Elena P. Stanoevska (FEAS) and included contributions from Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Andovski (FENG), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ervin Domazet (FENG), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vladimir Gjeorgjevski (FAD), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Marta Vejseli (FLAW).

 

The event fostered a rich exchange of ideas across disciplines and emphasized the value of collaboration in teaching development.
