IBU Vice-Rector Meets with the Albanian National Council in Preshevo, Serbia
International Balkan University (IBU) Vice-Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe visited the Albanian National Council in Preshevo, Serbia, where he held a meeting with Mr. Enkel Rexhepi.
Lökçe was accompanied by IBU staff members Anita Rrustemi, Melisa Fejzuli, and Refik Hyseni.
During the discussion, the parties explored opportunities for cooperation, focusing on initiatives that support education, community engagement, and the development of youth programs. Both sides emphasized the importance of building strong partnerships to create meaningful opportunities for students and young people in the region.
The meeting reflects a shared commitment to fostering collaboration between the International Balkan University and the Albanian National Council, with the aim of strengthening educational, cultural, and developmental initiatives for the benefit of the community.
