International Balkan University (IBU) has entered into a formal partnership with Istanbul University through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement was endorsed by our Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, and Prof. Dr. Osman Bülent Zülfikar, Rector of Istanbul University.

With this accord, we reaffirm our commitment to cultivating strong academic alliances with distinguished universities. The memorandum provides a framework for collaboration in education, scientific research, and the organization of joint academic initiatives.

Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar was accompanied at the meeting by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyhan Murtezan Ibrahimi, Secretary General of IBU. The dialogue underscored the importance of sustainable partnerships as a means of advancing higher education and promoting shared intellectual resources.

Through this cooperation, we aim to broaden opportunities for our students and faculty, facilitating mobility, knowledge exchange, and the development of innovative programs.
