The 2nd Executive Workshop for Facilitators Successfully Concluded at IBU

From 24 to 29 September 2025, International Balkan University had the privilege to host the Executive Workshop for Facilitators: Bridging Education and Industry through 21st Century Skills and Virtual Collaboration, in cooperation with Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Warsaw University of Technology, Baltic International Academy, Institute of Social and Economic Initiatives, Mingachevir State University, Kyiv Education, Training and Youth Centre, and DITELC Switzerland—Swiss Center of Excellence in Digital Transformation and Ecosystem Leadership.

During six intensive days, participants engaged in a wide range of sessions focused on:

🔹Media literacy & critical thinking in the digital age
🔹Building effective teams and navigating crises in hybrid environments
🔹Multilingual & cross-border collaboration
🔹Digital entrepreneurship, innovation thinking & start-up simulation
🔹Virtual exchange tools for digital facilitation

Beyond the sessions, participants connected through inspiring visits – from the Swiss Embassy and INOVA to SEMOS Education, and we want to pay a special thanks to all of them for the warmly welcome and beneficial discussions for further deepening our collaboration.

The workshop brought together facilitators, educators, and industry experts to co-create future-ready skills and collaboration models, strengthening the bridge between academia and industry.
