We were pleased to be represented at the 8th International Conference Towards Sustainable Development (TSD 2025) by the Dean of our Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Igballe Miftari-Fetishi, reaffirming our active role in regional and international academic platforms. By participating in scholarly gatherings that address emerging educational priorities, we continue strengthening our presence within the academic community and contributing to forward-looking discussions that shape the future of teaching and learning. Our engagement at this conference reflected our belief that educational progress depends on collaboration, research-informed dialogue, and the continuous exchange of ideas across institutions and disciplines.

Held at Mother Teresa University under the theme “Intercultural Communication in the Era of Artificial Intelligence,” the conference created an important space for dialogue on how technological change is influencing communication, identity, and education. Through sessions that explored the role of AI in teaching, culture, and literature, participants examined both the opportunities and the challenges that accompany rapid innovation, including questions of ethics, inclusion, critical thinking, and the responsible integration of digital tools into educational practice. Our participation aligned closely with our academic priorities, as we continue to support approaches that improve learning outcomes while preserving the human-centered dimensions of education, dialogue, and cultural understanding.

We remain committed to contributing to academic dialogue that supports innovation, sustainability, and intercultural understanding in education, and we view such conferences as essential for advancing shared knowledge and building constructive partnerships. By engaging with contemporary themes such as artificial intelligence and intercultural communication, we reinforce our mission to prepare educators and researchers who can respond thoughtfully to global change and lead with competence and integrity. We will continue to encourage scholarly participation and research engagement across our faculties, ensuring that our university remains an active contributor to educational development and a trusted partner in conversations that influence the future of our society and region.
