As part of the professional development activities organized by the IBU Teaching and Learning Center, a workshop series focusing on Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution continues to support academic staff across faculties. Within this framework, a workshop dedicated to thr Faculty of Engineering members was successfully held this week.
The workshop was facilitated by Assistant Mia Kostovska and Assistant Hatice Muci Ameti from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The session addressed key topics such as effective communication in academic settings, managing conflict in professional environments, and developing constructive resolution strategies. Through interactive activities and case-based discussions, participants had the opportunity to enhance their awareness of both individual and institutional communication practices.
