As part of our continued commitment to artistic excellence and meaningful academic outreach, we organized a visit to the High School of Arts and Design “Lazar Lichenoski” in Skopje through our Faculty of Art and Design. This engagement provided a valuable platform for direct interaction with talented secondary school students who are shaping their creative identities and considering their future academic paths. By building bridges between secondary and higher education, we once again demonstrated our dedication to guiding young artists and designers toward a future grounded in quality education, innovation, and professional growth.
During the visit, our faculty members met with students to present the diverse academic opportunities, studio-based learning approach, and interdisciplinary perspective that we cultivate at IBU. We shared insights into our curriculum, project-based learning culture, and the supportive mentorship environment that empowers students to transform ideas into impactful visual and design solutions. The interaction fostered an inspiring exchange of perspectives, allowing us not only to showcase our strengths but also to better understand the aspirations and creative potential of the next generation of artists. We were warmly welcomed by Professor Denis Tenev and the dedicated staff of the High School of Arts and Design, whose professionalism and hospitality contributed significantly to the success of this visit.
Through initiatives such as this, we continue to strengthen our collaboration with leading secondary education institutions and actively contribute to the development of the artistic and cultural landscape in our community. We remain firmly committed to nurturing young talent, promoting excellence in art and design education, and building sustainable partnerships that bridge secondary and higher education. By maintaining close connections with institutions like the High School of Arts and Design “Lazar Lichenoski,” we further advance our mission of fostering creativity, innovation, and academic excellence within the broader educational ecosystem.
