We proudly organized the Communication and Conflict Resolution Workshop through our Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) for the academic staff and teaching assistants of our Faculty of Law, reaffirming our strong commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in teaching. By investing in the interpersonal and pedagogical skills of our academic community, we once again demonstrated our dedication to creating a supportive, respectful, and student-centered learning environment. This initiative reflects our broader institutional vision of fostering academic quality not only through curriculum development, but also through the continuous enhancement of communication practices and collaborative culture within our faculties.

The workshop was successfully facilitated by Mia Kostovska and Hatice Muci Ameti, who guided participants through a dynamic and interactive program focused on effective communication strategies, constructive feedback techniques, and practical approaches to conflict resolution in academic settings. Through carefully designed activities and real-life scenarios, we encouraged open dialogue, reflection, and peer exchange, enabling participants to strengthen their professional competencies while building mutual understanding.
