We proudly continued to expand our regional engagement through an official visit by our Vice-Rector for Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ebru Ibish, and our Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe, to the Municipality of Mitrovica. This important visit reflected our proactive institutional approach to building bridges with public authorities and reinforcing our presence across the region. By initiating direct dialogue with municipal leadership, we once again demonstrated our dedication to aligning higher education with the evolving needs of society and contributing to sustainable local development.

During the meeting, we engaged in constructive and forward-looking discussions focused on identifying potential areas of collaboration, joint academic initiatives, and opportunities that would enhance educational access and quality. We explored ways in which our academic expertise, research capacity, and student-centered approach can contribute to community-oriented projects and innovative partnerships. Through this exchange, we emphasized our commitment to strengthening institutional ties that not only benefit our students and academic staff but also create tangible value for the wider community.

As International Balkan University, we remain firmly committed to fostering meaningful partnerships with municipalities, institutions, and stakeholders throughout the region. We view such engagements as essential components of our mission to promote quality education, innovation, and international cooperation. By continuously expanding our network of collaboration and reinforcing our regional connections, we further solidify our role as a leading higher education institution dedicated to academic excellence and positive societal impact.
