We successfully hosted a high-level discussion on “Dynamic Kazakhstan: New Strategy and New Constitution” at International Balkan University, reaffirming our commitment to fostering meaningful academic dialogue on global developments. We had the distinct honor of welcoming H.E. Satybaldy Burshakov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to North Macedonia, who delivered an insightful presentation on the country’s ongoing reforms, strategic direction, and constitutional transformation. Through this event, we strengthened our role as a platform where international perspectives and forward-looking ideas are shared with our academic community.

The discussion brought together our students, academic staff, and policy-oriented participants, creating a vibrant and intellectually stimulating environment centered on governance, reform processes, and international cooperation. During his visit, we also held a productive meeting between our Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, and Ambassador Burshakov, where we explored opportunities for strengthening academic collaboration and initiating future joint activities. This engagement reflects our strategic vision of expanding international partnerships and enhancing our institutional impact through cooperation with distinguished diplomatic representatives.
