We successfully organized the second training session on “Ethical Sales Techniques in Banking” as part of the comprehensive “Internal Training Program” jointly implemented by our Lifelong Learning Center and HALKBANK AD Skopje. Held on March 24, 2026, the training was delivered by Prof. Savica Dimitrieska and brought together banking professionals in a dynamic hybrid format, reflecting our commitment to flexible and accessible professional education. This initiative highlights our ongoing dedication to strengthening collaboration with industry partners while contributing to the continuous development of professionals in the financial sector.
The training gathered a significant number of participants, including employees from HALKBANK’s branches in Skopje who attended in person, as well as colleagues from other cities who joined online. The session primarily engaged bank tellers and retail professionals, offering them a comprehensive understanding of ethical principles in banking practices. We focused on reinforcing the importance of the bank’s Code of Ethics while exploring modern sales techniques such as cross-selling, upselling, data-driven strategies, digital banking approaches, and remote onboarding processes. Through interactive discussions and real case studies, we encouraged participants to critically evaluate the balance between effective sales performance and ethical responsibility.
Through this training, we once again demonstrated our role as a bridge between academia and industry, providing practical, relevant, and impactful learning experiences. By addressing both current challenges and real-world scenarios, we contributed to enhancing professional standards and ethical awareness within the banking sector. We remain committed to advancing lifelong learning opportunities and further strengthening our cooperation with HALKBANK AD Skopje, fostering a continuous exchange of knowledge, expertise, and innovation in modern banking practices.
