The International Balkan University officially opened this year’s Career Days—an important event dedicated to strengthening the connection between students and the job market.

The opening ceremony began with welcoming remarks from Rector Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, who emphasized the importance of professional development and building strong partnerships with the private and public sectors.

Following the Rector’s address, Ms. Haxhere Aliu, Career Center Representative, officially launched the Career Platform, a new digital tool that connects students and alumni with partner companies offering internships, employment, training, and mentoring opportunities.

The program continued with the presentation of the New Entrepreneurship Program by Mr. Bojan Todorovski, which offers financial support and paid internships to students with innovative business or startup ideas.

Afterward, Ms. Kristina Spiroska Bundaleska led a workshop titled “Unlock Your Potential – Master Soft Skills for Success as a Leader,” focusing on the development of interpersonal and leadership skills.

The event continued with the Job & Internship Fair, where students had the opportunity to directly engage with companies and institutions offering real career opportunities.
