As part of the celebrations for April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, a group of students from Tefeyyüz Primary School, Skopje, visited the International Balkan University (IBU). The visit was marked by joy, enthusiasm, and the spirit of building bridges of friendship.
IBU Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, warmly welcomed the young guests in his office, engaging in a friendly conversation with the students. He emphasized the importance of fostering international friendship and mutual understanding from a young age.
Following the reception, the students toured the IBU campus accompanied by university staff. They had the opportunity to explore various university facilities, including IBU centers, studios, amphitheaters, laboratories, and clinics. The visit sparked great excitement among the students, who expressed their happiness and curiosity throughout the day.
IBU was proud to host the children on such a meaningful occasion, celebrating the legacy of April 23—a day dedicated to the sovereignty of nations and the happiness of children—by opening its doors to the next generation.
