IBU and Social Sciences University of Ankara Strengthen Ties with Memorandum of Cooperation
International Balkan University (IBU) and Social Sciences University of Ankara, Türkiye, have officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, marking an important milestone in their mutual pursuit of academic excellence.

The memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Rector of IBU, and Prof. Dr. Musa Kazım Arıcan, Rector of Social Sciences University of Ankara.
