Enrollment Conditions
Candidates with completed secondary education in accordance with Article 134 paragraph 2 of the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of North Macedonia and solid knowledge of the English language have the right to enroll.
All candidates take an internal English Language Proficiency Test.
Candidates who will not show success from the min. 70/100 points will be directed to attend the Preparatory Program in English within the University, during one academic year. Upon successful completion of the Preparatory Program in English, students begin their first cycle studies.
The University reserves the right not to activate a study program in the academic year 2023/2024, if more than 50% of the foreseen quota of students will not apply and enroll in it.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates should submit the following documents for enrollment:
- diploma and certificates of completed secondary education
- nostrification of diploma qualification if secondary education was completed abroad
- enrollment form (which is filled in the premises of the University or through online registration)
- permission for temporary residence in the country on the basis of study (for foreign students)
- Birth certificate copy

SCHOLARSHIP
The University will award scholarships to candidates from the Republic of North Macedonia and the countries of the Balkan region, who will apply/enroll at the following faculties:

• Faculty of Art and Design
• Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
• Faculty of Communications
according to their success in secondary education, under the following conditions::

Students from the Republic of North Macedonia and the countries of the Balkan region are obliged to pay a 100 euro administrative fee for enrollment in a semester. (that is, 200 euros annual payment outside of tuition fees)

The student scholarship program for candidates who will apply/enroll at the Faculty of Dental Medicine has a limited quota of 30 scholarships and at the Medical School with a quota of 25 scholarships for both study programs separately.
Additional and special conditions for students’ tuition fees are regulated by a study agreement with a scholarship, which is signed when students enroll.
The amount of tuition fees for study at the offered faculties and study programs is shown in the above table and is only valid for students from the Republic of North Macedonia and the countries of the Balkan region (Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
For students from other countries, the tuition fees stated below apply:

The student has the right to choose the currency in which to pay the tuition fee to the University.
Tuition can be paid through a student loan agreement with Halkbank AD Skopje without interest in up to 12 installments.
Students who enroll during the early enrollment period are entitled to a 5% tuition discount if they pay the full amount in advance.
All payments are made in MKD (Denars) equivalents according to the middle exchange rate of NBRNM.
