The main goal of the first cycle program in legal studies at the Faculty of Law at International Balkan University is to provide students with the knowledge and the ability to think about social problems from a legal and social aspect. The academic staff works intensively for our students to achieve a high level of legal knowledge and skills, as well as through practical teaching to acquire qualifications for analysis and solving real-world problems through the application of legal knowledge.
This program offers a wide range of courses, in the fields of law, politics, economics, sociology, and other related fields, as well as a mandatory internship. The specific objectives of the study program in legal studies are to provide effective education for acquiring knowledge and providing practice for establishing a successful career in the field of law; to provide efficient education that will enable competence in the international labor market in the field of law and to create conditions for professional growth and involvement in the process of lifelong learning as a response to modern needs in social life, and therefore also in law.
The general results of the studies will be the knowledge and skills that the student will possess after completion of the studies of the first cycle of the study program in legal studies, and that's linked to the application of knowledge and understanding, judgment ability, communication skills, and learning skills.
