The primary aim of the Turkish Language Teaching Master's Program is to address the need for qualified specialists in the field of teaching Turkish as a native and foreign language. Students enrolled in the program will also receive a Certificate in Teaching Turkish to Foreigners. Through this certification, participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in teaching Turkish as a foreign language abroad.
Thanks to North Macedonia’s multilingual and multicultural demographic structure, students in the program will be able to experience various language teaching methods based on cultural interaction. Through this program, students will not only enhance their academic knowledge in the field of Turkish language teaching but also gain the opportunity to receive practical teacher training in a country where intercultural education is actively practiced.
The main goal of the program is to train qualified scholars who are proficient in foreign languages and familiar with international education policies, especially for academic positions in universities. Ultimately, we aim to meet the growing demand for qualified Turkish language teachers in official and private institutions not only in Turkey, the Balkans, and Europe but around the world.
