ENG 204 Oral Communication Skills

ENG 204 Oral Communication Skills; Weekly hours: 2+1, ECTS: 4
The course will introduce the students with the basic theoretical concepts and elements of communication, focusing at the same time on various techniques and strategies for improvement of oral communication skills. The course will cover areas such as active listening skills, non-verbal communication, questioning skills, using visual aids, communication styles, presentations, etc. The students will be given various tasks and role play activities, watching and commenting video clips in order to reconstruct real-life situations and practice communication skills. A special emphasis will be placed on oral communication skills in English language classroom.
