International Balkan University is pleased to launch its latest service – IBUPay!

IBUPay aims to provide online payment for the services offered by International Balkan University.

Students will be able to pay their tuition fees, books, repeating course fees, legal services, etc.; academics their congress/conference/seminar participation fees; and donors their donations toward IBU through IBUPay, from their homes by using their debit or credit cards.
