The aim of the course is to give some basic terms, concepts, and learn how to understand the principles and rules of international private law, the legal development and changes in this legal branch. The main topics are following: general principles on international private law, conflicts of law and legal procedures on international level, public order and the application of foreign legal rules, legislation in relation to the problems in the fields of the form and the expiration of the legal transactions, family, children, real estates and property, international procedural law, jurisdiction of courts, international arbitration, recognition and enforcement of a foreign court and arbitration decisions.
