LAW 407 – Environmental law; Weekly hours: 2+1, ECTS: 5
The purpose of the course program is to examine the basic sources of environmental law in the field of environment. The main study topics are: Comparative analysis of the environmental legislation; international conventions; judgments of domestic and international Courts directly related to the environment and environmental law. Analyzes of public policies in the EU and in the Balkan countries with regard to preserving the environment and giving special competences to local and central authorities in relation to the environment, etc.
