The objective of the course is that offers to the students the opportunity to learn more deeply about the types of organizations and the process of managing with them. All types of organizations (business, political, cultural or social) are involved in management because it is the management which helps and directs the various efforts towards a definite purpose. Management operates through various functions, and this course places the emphasis on planning, organizing, staffing, leading/directing, controlling/monitoring, motivation.
