    Shener Bilalli, PhD

    ÖZET

    • Kalkandelen 1980 doğumludur.
    • Makedonya’da ilköğretim ve lise eğitimini tamamlayarak, Türkiye’de Gazi Üniversitesi’nde burslu öğrenci olarak lisans ve yükseklisans eğitimi almıştır. Bir lisans ve iki yükseklisans programından mezun olmuştur.
    • Tarih alanında doktorasını yapmıştır.
    • Uluslararası Balkan Üniversitesi’nde 2008-2020 yılları arasında yaptığı akademik ve idari görevler:

    • IBU’nun kurulus amacı, vizyon ve misyonunu anlatmak ve yaygınlaştırmak üzere, Balkan coğrafyasında bulunan farklı ülkelerdeki siyasi, eğitim ve STK kurumlarıyla 10 yıl boyunca yakınen çalışmaktadır.
    • Anadili Türkçe olmakla beraber, Makedonca, Arnavutça, Boşnakça ve İngilizce akıcı bir şekilde konuşmaktadır.
