    The finance & Accounting Office of the University focuses on the budgeting, accounting, debt payment, financial reporting, procurement, and other financial management functions at IBU. The office ensures to provide support to the University units, students, partners, stakeholders, and other interested parties.

    The office aims to provide accurate, reliable, relevant, and timely financial information and to ensure complete and accurate accounting of all activities, processes, and transactions, and to report all financial information in accordance with state and international financial and business laws.

    LEGAL SERVICES

    All international students are required to have a completed procedure for a temporary residence permit (student visa) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia and approved diploma equivalence of previous education by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia. 

    The Legal Affairs Office of International Balkan University provides an all-inclusive service in providing these necessary documents to international students.

    The fee for the legal services is 500 EUR and it is paid along with the first payment for the tuition fee.
