The International Balkan University proudly announces the participation of Prof. Natalija Shikova, Professor and Coordinator of the IBU Legal Clinic, in the professional event titled “Investment in Knowledge – The Road to a More Efficient Administration.”
The event brought together representatives from public institutions, international organizations, and experts in the field of public administration to discuss the vision and modalities for establishing the Academy for Professional Development and Training of Public Servants.
Prof. Shikova took part as a speaker in the high-level panel discussion “International Experiences and National Priorities,” where she presented a comparative analysis of training models for administrative servants from various countries. In her presentation, she highlighted best practices and key lessons that could support ongoing reforms in North Macedonia’s public administration system.
This important event was jointly organized by the Centre for Change Management (CCM), the Embassy of France in North Macedonia, and the Ministry for Public Administration, aiming to foster dialogue and exchange of expertise in building a more efficient, transparent, and knowledge-based public administration.
Through such professional engagements, IBU continues to contribute to policy dialogue, academic expertise, and institutional development in North Macedonia and beyond
