Nowadays, global financial markets are becoming increasingly complex, with an increasing demand for professionals with specialized knowledge in banking and finance. Financial institutions, investment funds and regulatory agencies are looking for highly trained individuals capable of addressing challenges such as economic volatility, regulatory compliance and technological advances such as FinTech and Blockchain technology.
Our Master’s program in Banking and Finance offers rigorous training in advanced financial concepts, quantitative methods, and industry practices, opening doors to high-level careers in banking, finance and beyond. It is designed to provide advanced academic and practical knowledge of financial systems, banking operations and capital markets. The main goal of our study program is preparing students to deal with the complex challenges in the global financial sector, equipping them with analytical tools, technical expertise and strategic decision-making skills needed in modern financial and banking professions.
After completion of this master’s program, students will acquire expanded knowledge in the field of banking with a special emphasis on sustainable (green) finance, corporate finance, the impact of modern technology on the development of the fintech sector, financial accounting and control, as well as the challenges in the application of international accounting standards and econometric models that facilitate financial decision-making. Thus, by producing ethical and well-trained professionals, the program contributes to a stable and transparent financial sector, which is vital for social development and trust in economic systems.
