Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe – Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations

As Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations, Dr. Lökçe plays a central role in enhancing the university’s strategic outreach, visibility, and collaboration with external partners. His responsibilities cover institutional relations, international relations, and the development of promotion and admission strategies to strengthen the university’s profile both locally and globally. He also oversees the Student Wellbeing Center, including the Career Center, CAPS, Clubs, ISO, Student Activities, and the Student Union, in addition to the Lifelong Learning Center, Bitloft, Bistlab, Alumni, and Gallery Balkan. These units collectively support the holistic development of students, reinforce community engagement, and ensure that the university remains at the forefront of institutional innovation and cooperation.

 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ebru Ibish – Vice-Rector for Education

As Vice-Rector for Education, Dr. Ibish provides leadership in shaping the university’s educational mission and academic excellence. She is responsible for overseeing curriculum development, quality assurance processes in teaching and learning, and student success initiatives that strengthen academic outcomes. Under her supervision are the Education Unit, the Language School, the Teaching and Learning Center, the Legal Clinic, and the Halkbank Library, all of which play a key role in supporting the university’s academic environment and advancing its commitment to quality education.

 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katerina Mitevska Petrusheva – Vice-Rector for Research and Projects

As Vice-Rector for Research and Projects, Dr. Petrusheva is dedicated to promoting a strong culture of research, innovation, and collaboration across the university. She is responsible for coordinating institutional research initiatives, guiding project development, and fostering partnerships with international and regional stakeholders. Her portfolio includes the Project and Research Office, Quality Assurance Coordination, Green University initiatives, and Erasmus+ Mobility, ensuring that the university actively contributes to global academic networks and advances sustainability and quality standards.
