The Faculty of Art and Design at International Balkan University is a dynamic center of creativity and innovation, dedicated to fostering artistic talent and design excellence. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, students explore various artistic disciplines, design principles, and contemporary forms of visual expression. Our programs cover areas such as graphic design, visual communications, animation, and contemporary art, preparing students for the challenges of the creative industries. We aim to shape creators who not only master their craft but also think critically and communicate powerfully through art, design, and moving images.

Dean's Message

Art and design permeate every corner of our existence, our homes, our cities, our workspaces, shaping how we see and express the world. Since antiquity, they have served as vital reflections of culture, belief, and identity. In the age of digital interconnectedness, they become more than aesthetics: they are a language of self-definition. Responding to this ever-evolving discourse, the Faculty of Art and Design at IBU is dedicated to nurturing creative thinkers capable of translating contemporary challenges into meaningful visual narratives. We see design not only as form, but as a force that defines who we are.
