IBU Legal Clinic Students Engage in Practical Case Analysis

Within the ongoing activities of the IBU Legal Clinic, our students participated in a hands-on learning experience through the analysis of a real client case involving a lease contract.

Under the guidance of their professor and assistants, the core group examined the legal distinctions between a contract with a notarial act of solemnization and the ordinary verification of signatures by a notary public.

The core team, composed of graduate student Mirza Demiri and undergraduate students Dina Hasikj and Mert Haki, later shared their insights and findings with colleagues from lower years during a practical workshop organized at the Faculty of Law.

Through such activities, we continue to strengthen experiential learning at the IBU Legal Clinic, bridging the gap between academic study and professional legal practice.
