We successfully organized a workshop titled “From Vision to Measurable Action: Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Mapping” through BISTLAB | Balkan Economy and Finance Laboratory, further strengthening our commitment to delivering practice-oriented learning experiences. Designed primarily for students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the workshop was led by Assoc. Prof. Andrijana Bojadzievska Danevska, who guided participants through key strategic management concepts in an engaging and academically enriching environment. Through this initiative, we continued to create meaningful platforms where theoretical knowledge is effectively connected with real-world application.
Throughout the session, we provided our students with valuable insights into transforming strategic visions into measurable outcomes by applying the Balanced Scorecard framework and strategic mapping tools. By emphasizing the importance of aligning organizational objectives with operational activities, we supported the development of students’ analytical thinking, decision-making capabilities, and performance management skills. The workshop was honored by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Liza Alili Sulejmani, Advisor to the Rector, Prof. Snezana Bilic, as well as our esteemed academic staff and teaching assistants, reflecting our strong institutional support for such impactful academic engagements.
With this workshop, we once again reinforced the role of BISTLAB as a dynamic academic support platform dedicated to enhancing both theoretical understanding and practical competencies among our students. By continuously organizing initiatives that integrate innovation, applied knowledge, and academic excellence, we remain committed to preparing our students for the evolving demands of the professional world and to strengthening our position as a forward-thinking and student-centered institution.
