We organized a training session titled “Mobbing in the Workplace: Legal Framework and Prevention Strategies” through our Legal Clinic, bringing this important topic to students of the Faculty of Dental Medicine. Through this initiative, we once again demonstrated our commitment to addressing critical social and professional issues by equipping our students with essential legal knowledge and awareness that extends beyond their primary fields of study. By creating a platform for open discussion and learning, we continue to foster a culture of responsibility, respect, and informed engagement within our academic community.
The training session was led by Asst. Albulena Ibraimi, who delivered a comprehensive and engaging presentation on the legal framework surrounding workplace harassment, including both national and international regulations. The event began with introductory remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Nikola Dacev, and the Coordinator of the Legal Clinic, Prof. Natalija Shikova, whose presence emphasized the institutional importance of addressing workplace mobbing from both legal and educational perspectives. Throughout the session, we explored not only the legal mechanisms available to victims, but also the psychological dimensions of mobbing and the practical steps individuals can take to seek protection and support.
Through this training, we reinforced the importance of raising awareness as a fundamental step toward building safer and more respectful work environments. By integrating legal education with real-world challenges, we continue to support the development of socially responsible and ethically aware professionals. This initiative reflects our broader mission to promote dignity, legal protection, and a culture of respect, as we remain dedicated to preparing our students to contribute positively to their future workplaces and society at large.
