We successfully organized a field visit to Halkbank, providing our Faculty of Law students with a valuable opportunity to experience the practical dimensions of banking systems and legal frameworks within a real professional environment. Through this initiative, we reinforced our commitment to bridging academic knowledge with real-world application, enabling our students to engage directly with the operational and regulatory aspects of the financial sector. Such experiential learning activities reflect our dedication to preparing future legal professionals who are both knowledgeable and adaptable in dynamic professional contexts.

The visit was organized under the guidance of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nikola, together with Asst. Muhammed Fatih Kaytan, whose efforts ensured a structured and enriching learning experience. During the visit, our students participated in an informative session led by industry experts, gaining comprehensive insights into financial systems, banking operations, and the application of legal principles within the sector. The session further explored regulatory frameworks, compliance practices, risk management, and customer protection, offering a multidimensional understanding of how law operates within financial institutions. Members of the Ideal Law Student Club also actively participated, contributing to the academic and professional engagement of the visit.

Through this field visit, we strengthened the connection between theoretical education and professional practice, allowing our students to observe and better understand the real-life implementation of legal concepts.
