We proudly hosted the 10th edition of our International Staff Week, bringing together colleagues and institutional partners from across Europe for a dynamic and meaningful program dedicated to knowledge exchange, international cooperation, and the continued strengthening of academic partnerships through the Erasmus+ programme. This milestone event reflects our long-standing commitment to fostering global engagement and creating platforms where ideas, experiences, and best practices can be shared in an inclusive and collaborative academic environment. By organizing this important initiative, we further reinforce our role as an active contributor to international higher education and cross-border cooperation.

We were honored to welcome our distinguished speakers, including our Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Ms. Ana Mihajlov, Director of the National Agency, our Vice-Rector for Projects and Research, Asst. Prof. Dr. Katerina Mitevska Petruseva, and our Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mare Ushkovska, whose contributions enriched the program with valuable insights and perspectives. In addition, we welcomed participants from a diverse range of countries, including France, Slovenia, Malta, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany, Portugal, and Türkiye, creating a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere that highlights the true spirit of internationalization at our university.

Throughout the week, we are engaging our guests in a comprehensive program of workshops, presentations, and networking activities designed to promote innovation in higher education and encourage the exchange of successful practices among institutions. These interactions not only strengthen existing collaborations but also open new pathways for future partnerships, mobility opportunities, and joint initiatives. Through this milestone edition of International Staff Week, we reaffirm our dedication to academic excellence, international cooperation, and the continuous development of our institutional network, ensuring that we remain a forward-looking university committed to shaping the future of education.
