We proudly welcomed an international delegation of librarians and information professionals to the Halkbank Library at International Balkan University as part of the Erasmus+ KA210 project “Empowering Information Professionals: Digital Transformation through Collaboration between Turkey, Norway, and North Macedonia,” organized by the SEEU Library. This visit reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering international partnerships and contributing to the advancement of knowledge exchange in the field of information management. By hosting such distinguished professionals, we continue to position our university as a hub for collaboration, innovation, and academic excellence within the region and beyond.

The delegation brought together representatives from North Macedonia, Kosovo, Turkey, and Norway, alongside Fulbright and Peace Corps members from the United States, creating a diverse and dynamic platform for professional dialogue. During their visit, we introduced our guests to our academic environment, highlighting the services and resources of the Halkbank Library, as well as our continuous efforts toward digitalization and modernization in higher education. Through engaging discussions and interactive exchanges, participants explored best practices in librarianship, examined emerging trends in digital transformation, and identified opportunities for future collaboration and professional development.

Through this initiative, we reaffirm our dedication to strengthening international cooperation and supporting the evolution of digital competencies in the academic sector.
