We were highly pleased to host an inspiring Career Talk at International Balkan University, organized by our IBU Career Center with the valuable support of the Faculty of Law and BISTLAB. Through this event, we welcomed Mr. Abdulkerim Çay, Chief Human Resources Officer of Turkish Airlines, and his team to our campus, creating a meaningful platform that connected our students directly with leading professionals from the aviation industry. This initiative reflects our continuous commitment to strengthening university-industry collaboration and providing our students with access to real-world insights that enrich their academic journey and professional readiness.

The session was honored by the presence of our Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe, who emphasized the importance of such collaborations in bridging academic knowledge with industry expectations. On behalf of our university, we expressed our sincere appreciation for this valuable engagement and presented Mr. Çay with a certificate of appreciation and a commemorative gift. As a special highlight of the event, participants also had the opportunity to engage in a raffle, where three lucky attendees were awarded domestic round-trip flight tickets provided by Turkish Airlines, further enhancing the overall experience and excitement of the session.
