International Balkan University continued to strengthen its institutional partnerships and international collaborations through the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with representatives of ÖNDER during an official meeting held on our campus. The memorandum was signed by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, and Abdullah Ceylan, President of ÖNDER, marking an important step toward developing future academic, educational, and social cooperation between our institutions. The meeting was also attended by Seçkin Koç, Advisor to the President of ÖNDER, Kemal Bilal Aydın, Advisor to the President of ÖNDER, and Serhat Kula, Member of the Board of Directors of ÖNDER. Representing International Balkan University during the discussions were our Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar and Vice Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe.

During the meeting, we exchanged ideas regarding potential areas of cooperation, academic development opportunities, youth engagement, and initiatives that contribute to educational advancement and intercultural dialogue. The discussions reflected our shared commitment to supporting students and strengthening institutional relations through collaborative projects and meaningful academic interaction. Through this memorandum, we further reinforced our vision of building strong partnerships with respected organizations that share similar values regarding education, community development, and social contribution. The presence and active participation of our university administration highlighted the importance we place on establishing sustainable collaborations that contribute to the continued growth and internationalization of our university.

Following the official meeting and signing ceremony, our guests participated in a comprehensive campus tour led by our Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar together with Vice Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe and Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Seyhan M. İbrahimi. During the visit, we introduced our academic facilities, learning environment, and dynamic campus life while presenting the educational opportunities and international atmosphere that define International Balkan University. This meaningful visit further strengthened mutual communication and laid the foundation for future cooperation, while once again demonstrating our commitment to expanding our institutional network and creating impactful partnerships that support academic excellence, student development, and international engagement.
