International Balkan University had the pleasure of hosting H.E. Mr. András Klein, Ambassador of Hungary to North Macedonia, as part of the Ambassadorial Lecture Series organized by the Balkan Research Center. Through this distinguished event, we once again reinforced our commitment to creating a dynamic academic environment where students, academic staff, and guests are able to engage directly with prominent international representatives and gain valuable perspectives on contemporary global developments. As a university that highly values internationalization, dialogue, and academic exchange, we were honored to welcome Ambassador Klein to our campus for a lecture that contributed meaningfully to the intellectual and cultural life of our university community.

During the lecture titled “The Future of the Security of the European Union,” Ambassador Klein shared important insights regarding current geopolitical developments, emerging security challenges in Europe, and the growing importance of international cooperation and diplomacy in addressing global issues. The lecture provided participants with a deeper understanding of the evolving political landscape and encouraged thoughtful discussion on the role of international institutions, regional stability, and collaborative policymaking in shaping the future of Europe.
