Career in Psychotherapy – From Studies to Practice
As part of Career Days 2025, the International Balkan University hosted a seminar titled "Career in Psychotherapy – From Studies to Practice," led by Sabina Musliu, an experienced psychotherapist and mental health professional.
This seminar proved to be especially fruitful for our students, who had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the professional journey towards psychotherapy and reflect on the challenges and responsibilities that this profession entails in practice.
The seminar also highlighted key factors in the professional growth of effective therapists, including reflective practice, deliberate supervision, outcome monitoring, and the growing relevance of relational virtues in therapeutic work.
We thank Ms. Musliu for her contribution and for the inspiration she provided to the young individuals aiming for a career in psychotherapy.
