IBU Students Gain Insight into Media and Judicial Relations with Vasko Magleshov

Students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law at International Balkan University had the opportunity to attend an engaging guest lecture delivered by Vasko Magleshov, MA, who served as the President of the Media-Judicial Council from 2018 to 2025.

 

During the lecture, Mr. Magleshov shared valuable insights into the Council's role in North Macedonia's judicial system, shedding light on how media and judicial institutions interact to ensure transparency and accountability. He emphasized the critical importance of effective public communication in strengthening public trust in the rule of law, highlighting how clear and transparent information can bridge gaps between legal institutions and society.

 

The event provided students with a deeper understanding of the practical aspects of media-judicial relations, enriching their academic knowledge with real-world perspectives from a seasoned expert in the field.
