About Department

The master’s program is an interdisciplinary and international program that equips students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds with advanced legal principles, practical skills in substantive and procedural administrative law, public service management, and communication. It fosters a unique learning environment that promotes knowledge transfer, interdisciplinary perspectives, and adaptation to global administrative trends, preparing them for effective work in administrative institutions.

General Requirements
  • Candidates who have completed higher education, in accordance with Article 135, paragraph 3
  • Have achieved a minimum GPA of 7.00 from their previous higher education (first cycle studies)
  • Students should have valid test scores or pass the English proficiency exams organized by the IBU
  • Candidates who do not achieve a minimum score of 60/100 points need to attend the Preparatory School
  • Public Administration and Government Agencies
  • Multinational and Private Sector Companies
  • International and Non-Profit Organizations
