General Secretariat

The Secretary General manages the Professional and Administrative Services at the University, ensuring efficient, legal, and effective operations. They oversee administrative units, prepare key documents, represent the University in legal matters, and coordinate cooperation with educational institutions and authorities. The Secretary General plays a pivotal role in executing University decisions and managing staff responsibilities.

Management and Authority of the Secretary General 

The work of the Professional and Administrative Service is managed by the Secretary General of the University. 

 The Secretary General is responsible for the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of the University administration before the Rector of the University and the Founding Council. 

 The Secretary General of the University has rights and duties determined by law, the Statute, and other acts of the University. 

 

Responsibilities of the Secretary General of the University: 

  The Secretary General of the University: 

- shall ensure the legality and statutory operation of the University; 

- shall manage the Professional and Administrative Service of the University and ensure the legality of its operation; 

- takes care of the preparation and processing of materials for the sessions of the Rector's Administration and the University Senate, as well as the preparation of decisions and general acts adopted by these bodies; 

- represents the University in property and other legal matters; 

- takes care of the fulfillment and execution of the University's obligations in cooperation with the appropriate state and municipal authorities and bodies responsible for education and science; 

- takes care, within the framework of its powers, of the realization of the University's cooperation with universities in the country and abroad; 

- takes care of the orderliness and promptness in the work on the subjects and the preparation of other materials and for this purpose convenes and manages the working meetings of the Professional and Administrative Service; 

- monitors the execution of the decisions and conclusions of the University bodies and reports thereon to the Senate, the Rector and the Rector's Administration; 

- decides on the rights, duties and responsibilities of the employees in the University Service. 

 Working documents, in addition to the Rector, may also be signed by the Secretary General of the University.
