DAILY JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Registration of student payments and their proper entry into the integrated Hello system.

2. Each payment by the students is linked to a certain Invoice by exchanging the payment to the same currency as the invoice (calculation of the paid amount in the currency of the document according to the daily average exchange rate published by NBRM on the day of the payment)

3. Creating invoices after the list is created by SAO for students as follows:

4. Following the registration process and assigning Approve status to registration in an open process of each list created by the Student Office, after the payment obligations due to the created invoices have been paid.

5. Adding student finance and decisions is about applying to the Hello System, the gained scholarship of students and discounts as paying in advance until a deadline or sibling discount and other special discounts.
